Temporary Support Workers to registered learning disability services, supported living schemes, mental health services and many more

Temporary SEN/SEND and Autism Specialist Support Workers to SEN/SEND schools, mainstream schools and other educational settings

Temporary Qualified and Unqualified Nursery Assistants to Pre-Schools and Nurseries

Care and Support Workers to clients’ own home to support with activities, access to community based services, hobbies, household duties and provide companionship

Temporary Domestic and Catering staff to care homes, schools and other settings.

  • We only contract temporary staff with previous experience in the relevant field in the UK.

  • We only contract temporary staff with proof of relevant Professional Registration and regular online checks to ensure compliance.

  • When registering candidates, we will look at their skills, experience and training as well as their personality, attitudes and personal attributes they can contribute to their role.

  • We check full employment history, explore employment gaps and obtain professional references covering 3 years (or longer if necessary).

  • We only contract temporary staff with an Enhanced DBS including Adult and Children Barred List checks and we carry out an annual renewal. If workers are on the Update Service, we conduct 6-monthly online checks.

  • We carry out regular immigration checks to ensure that all temporary staff have the relevant status to stay and work in the UK, including the use of Visa Share codes.

  • All our workers’ training is continuously updated via our training partners and we support our staff in sourcing further training courses relevant for the work they do.
