How we support you with finding

As part of our permanent recruitment process:
- We have a detailed discussion with you to learn about your organisation and team structure; fully understand the job role; gain knowledge about the skills, qualifications and training required from candidates and gain full understanding of the pay structure and benefits offered.
- We take care of advertising.
- We handle all responses (including rejections) in a professional manner and interview in depth those respondents who meet your criteria. From these interviews we provide you with a shortlist of qualified candidates from which to choose.
- You only pay us the fee if you appoint a candidate whom we have introduced.
- Please note our free replacement guarantee, whereby we undertake to put forward replacement candidates at no additional charge if a candidate you have appointed leaves you within the first 12 weeks of employment, provided that you have met our payment terms. Alternatively, a refund scheme is available under the same circumstances.
